"green friendly" Basically like cardboard. The issue was the sticky noodles would stick the bowl and literally pull the paper off the bowl, so you are eating part of the bowl. You wouldn't really notice, especially under the liquid. I just happen to notice one day and it was disturbing. Well, I guess I could have been pissed I was eating the bowl the last few times I was there, and wrote a bad review, but instead, I went in asked for the owner and explained the issue. I told him the food was great, but he needed to fix this. I told him sooner than later he was most likely going to get the type of review that could be detrimental to his business. He agreed and told me I was the second person to inform him of this. We talked for an hour, him getting my opinion on a good takeout bowl. I told him of a place that had a good takeout bowl, and he immediately sent one of his employees to that place to bring one back, haha. The next time I went in he had new plastic bowls. Going green didn't have the effect he had hoped.
