I agree, but sometimes poor service can be a sign of broader problems.
For example, if the food seemed like it took forever to come out, that might be more about the restaurant than the server.
And some places have a culture that promotes either good or bad service (e.g., Chick-fil-A).
But yeah, people often complain about idiosyncratic nonsense.
