The big question is do we keep our P5 designation to conferences

Such as the SEC, ACC, etc? With P5 conferences putting restrictions on out of conference games it could be an issue. They may not be able to schedule us. If they only get to schedule one non-P5 team per year, they’ll want to schedule a guaranteed win.
