always about the money. The money is supposed to improve facilities, coaching etc. However, the results on the field aren't improving. We no longer are regularly in the top 25. We aren't getting as many players drafted in the NFL.

I am 100% on board with joining a conference. Although, the revenue has increased with Independence, the product on the field has declined.

We send the players out on these suicide missions each year when you play 4-5 straight P5 games at the beginning of the year, while no other P5 team takes on that schedule, players get beat up, depth is already a problem, and we limp through the rest of the schedule.

We need to get back to a conference and follow the model that has brought us success in the past. We need to be like UCF, BSU, Houston. Maybe revenue is not there like independence but I think quality on the field improves. It can't be worse than Independence.
