The NFL has a program to help rookies prepare for all of the landmines
that turning pro and being in the league entails.
Perhaps the coaches wives could have a similar program for new or soon-to-be brides. Being a coach is an extremely demanding job. Guys work very long hours. I would assume they put much more into their work lives than student athletes put into being both a student and an athlete. If some who has been there and done that could create realistic expectations in the young brides it might help both the program and the marriages.

I don't want to tell anyone how to live their life, but if my kid/spouse were a college athlete I'd stay far away from
