So my grandparents were big big BYU fans and donors... they were legacy donors and purchased several seats... they would take me to games all the time, I'd go with my dad and my mom, grandparents and brother and sister. We were all a family of pretty die hard BYU fans.

Then Roger Reid was fried. When that happened, my grandpa was so mad at BYU that he completely stopped all donations and began donating to USU instead, but didn't even even a quarter of what he was giving to BYU. However he still cheered for BYU, just never attended a game again.

My grandma was a big BYU fan still... she attend a few games, after my grandpa had passed.

My dad and sister have become big Utah fans... both are Crimson Club members.

My brother and I are basically the only BYU fans left in the family.
