I loved BYU football as a kid, and I felt sorry for Utah because BYU used
to kick the crap out of them year-in-and-year-out. I come from a huge Ute family and my parents both attended both the Y and the U. I attended BYU too. I started disliking BYU football when I was there.
Now I just don't like either of them, but I love the rivalry game. There was a time when I didn't miss a rivalry game from 88-98 (mission) then 00-09 when my grandma died and my grandpa's "lifetime" Utah tickets died with her.
