Has 12 "performance reviews" a year regardless of affiliation. It is very easy to see if we progressed or not, playing the same teams every year doesn't suddenly make progress immensly easier to see or accomplish.

If we lose to USU that is a bad performance, if we lose to Toledo, that is also a bad oerformance. It's not like we lose to Toledo and I say, "idk if that is bad because we haven't played them enough" I know it's bad because it's obvious.
