Attrition actually seems to have gotten worse under Kalani, but I
believe much of that is due to him either not keeping Bronco's guys or them leaving.
I'm not sure I would say talent evaluation has gotten better either. What has gotten better is more transfers than Bronco had. Overall the talent level isn't that much different to me than what we had before. We just don't win as much due to questionable coaching decisions.
