The school not fighting for permission for the stadium to be loud six times a

year is very telling. You'll find a handful of people around every major venue in the world who don't like the noise. If MLB teams can convince the neighbors to put up with the noise 81 times a year, I'm sure BYU can figure out how to use a loud scoreboard six afternoons a year.
