He also wrote all the code himself 13 years that he ran the model through. "Thousands of lines of undocumented C code". He speculates the measures they are doing are helping, but his upper bound was WAY off not because of their actions. The UK hasn't even been serious for two weeks so you can't even see it in the data yet anyway.
