I worked in restaurant kitchens in HS and college. I’ve been trying to think..
If I wanted to give someone food poisoning on a pizza, how would I do it? Would have to survive the oven so live bacteria aren’t gonna do it. Some bacterial toxins survive heat, but how are you gonna dial that in? I dunno, not as easy as you think.
