"Food poisoning generally takes a day or more to kick in, not 4 hours."
Who says this? I've gotten violently ill within an hour or two of eating. I did so after eating manicotti at Volare's in San Diego next to MCRD many years ago. And if it were simple e coli or salmonella or something......"Symptoms usually begin 2 to 5 days after exposure to the bacteria". Something else was in my manicotti, dang it.
