My guess of the source of my violent (presumed) poisoning was inadvertently
spilling something in to the ingredients. Maybe a cook reached for the pepper and got hold of a small bottle of something Johnny inadvertently left on the counter. Maybe not bacterial or viral. It was quick and violent.
