So how do you know there were only healthy people handling his pizza lol. It’s
Plausible he got food poisoning from the pizza. It’s happened thousands of times before. Maybe someone who was sick touched the pizza box and transferred it to MJ. Your discounting of the fact that he could have got ill from food poisoning is laughable.
Now the delivery guy doing it on purpose is a stretch but who knows what a bunch of pizza delivery/line chefs would do to a pizza if they knew it was going to a rival player.
