You didn't know 80s boxing. Evander couldn't even compete
in the heavyweight ranks then — & woulda got hurt bad if he'd tried. Kudos to him for building himself into a heavyweight champion in time.
If you wanna believe the Tyson he beat wasn't a broken man - then you're free to believe that. (Btw, I cheered LOUDLY for Evander in that fight (saw it live PPV) — & was shocked but couldn't have been happier by the outcome (though I did feel bad for Tyson--the guy obviously was a shell of himself at multiple levels)).
