Not the NCAA. I don't want them involved in stuff like this, mostly because they're terrible at their job and wildly inconsistent, but also because I don't think this is what they're for. Their job is to make sure sports are conducted fairly, and that the athletes are treated fairly by the institutions. Stuff like this is well outside the scope of what I think they should be doing.
