I think the cause is that Millennials are told since birth to go to college and
they will be instantly successful after college. Plus College is WAY TOO expensive for what you get (a worthless piece of paper in most cases).
Our Universities need to be held accountable for the unrealistic expectations their graduates have. We need to start preaching tech/trade schools more often since there is a major shortage of filling blue collar jobs.
