Those are good points...

I've seen that in my ward, kids whose first homes out of college are 5,000 SF on 3/4 of an acre. I honestly don't know how they do it. I was 35 and my wife was 31 and we'd been saving and preparing for 9 years before we built our house. We couldn't have done it any sooner than that.
