Millennial here. Significant student debt, disagree completely with your coworke
Housing is the only thing that frustrates me and I feel is unfair.
What was a starter home for our parents and earlier generations is now the price of a dream home in most markets.
$300,000 is a ludicrous base price to pay for most markets. With most rents well above what the mortgage on the same property would cost it does feel like danged if I do danged if I don’t.
