You completely missed the point I was trying to make about analytics
Also thats possibly the worst thing you can do on regards to player evaluation, averaging together all these “catch-all” stats or rankings. Any model has its flaw and biases, and I could go through each one pointing them out. But just overall, analytics can’t capture a player’s true talent or value. There is too much nuance in the game and off the court that is impossible to quantify and can only be identified by watching the game and observing.
