What are you talking about here?
Opening? As in the abdomen? No thanks.

Closing? As in the abdomen? If it’s a well trained PA that I trust, ok.

Washouts? As in washing out an open abdomen? These are some of the sickest patients in the hospital. Not happening.

Gallbladder? The most variable anatomy on the human body is the biliary tract. And if you screw that up, you can really hurt someone. That’s a surgeons job.

But if that’s what they do at Walter Reed, then by all means, go ahead!
