That's better than my 30 lbs since last June. Sustainability now is the key.
For me it's almost daily intermittent fasting. I try to fast between dinner and first meal next day for around 14 or 15 hours. Over 12. I want my body to think it's in starvation mode for at least two hours every day. And it's not too hard. Sustainable. Overall calories are reduced.
