So lately I will not eat breakfast (which I never do) and also skipping lunch. Then I will eat a normal dinner and try not to eat anything after that. But sometimes if I'm hungry when I'm watching TV or something at night I'll have some popcorn or chips and guacamole.
I have about 10 more pounds I would like to lose and then I'll be a at a really good weight for me. From there I will probably implement a 6 hour eating window from about 12-6.
My biggest change is if I'm not hungry I just don't eat. The other day I was golfing and thinking about what I was gonna eat when I got home. Hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to it. Then I got home and started to think about what I was going to make and realized I just wasn't that hungry. So I didn't eat anything.
