Journaling what & how much you eat I’d the single biggest factor. Exercise is a synergistic benefit. Choosing nutrient-dense foods (vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, complex carbohydrates) make calorie restrictions more sustainable while allowing your body to recover after increased exercise.

I’m also an advocate of getting to bed on time. You’ll have more energy, your body needs to recover and nighttime snacking can blow a healthy diet.
