in Provo student wards or apartment complexes close to BYU, you see there are far more than a "fraction" of non-BYU students living in BYU housing. It's a huge problem for BYU students trying to find housing.

A big fraction. I recently served in a Provo singles ward and about 60% were UVU students. The ward was about 2 blocks

I lived south of campus all during BYU and didn’t have a problem finding housing
