It's not impossible to do what people had done for 100 years.

Everyone has a phone, but we've fallen in love with sending 1 message, instead of talking to each person individually. Then we complain that we don't know how to connect with people. I used to call through the ward to see who was interested in playing basketball. At least if they weren't, I got a chance to talk to them for a bit.
