Again, that’s not the same as getting a college QB to succeed. Lots of NFL

Coaches fail at the college level. You could see Taysom and Mangum mentally struggle with Ty’s offense. He didn’t seem to translate it in a way they could be successful. I’m not saying he would have been a bad QB coach; I just didn’t see evidence he’d be a good one besides people talking about his tutoring of QBs in the NFL.
