If your company has education reimbursement use that to increase your skills

Things like a CBCA certification could expand your horizons. Or a PMO certification. Even a lean six yellow or green belt designation can help

All areas in demand and all relatively inexpensive and not too time consuming.

CBCA 4 months , sigma belts 2-3 months. PMO more Involve maybe 2 years.
