I don’t know if a second job would be doable for you but some employers

including Walmart have a good education assistance program where you just pay equivalent to $1 a day and they take care of the rest of the costs. They have a variety of programs available like trades, business and IT and it’s available even if you are only part time. It’s what I’m trying right now in hopes of better career opportunities.
