study as a good guideline - I weight a little more than 185, so my burn number is probably a little higher, but I use the 185 as my general guide.
I went MTBing over the weekend for about 1.5 hrs and I counted that as about 375 per half hour (according to that chart). Then I figure lying on the couch doing nothing would probably be 40 per half hour. So, it’s a net of 335 x 3 = a thousand calorie burned.
And that equals one crumbl cookie.
