Zach Morris “Be great, cause it’s good
Look at the NFL, MLB and the human population in general. Some people tend to be more lean, more muscular... some tend
not to be. Which is my point from the beginning. Humans come in all shapes and sizes due to individual genetic makeup.

We don’t come out with some sort of blank slate and then have our body become a result of our diet and exercise choices. Do diet and exercise play a role? Absolutely, but genetics trump all of it. People can become bigger than they are naturally, people can become thinner than they are naturally but not not all woman are designed to look like a Victoria secret model and not all dudes are just a change of diet away from looking like Taysom Hill.

Some are tall, some are short. Some have big frames, some have small/frail frames. Some are primarily fast twitched muscle types while other are very soft and weak muscle types. All the above is not a result of diet choices, it’s genetics.

The simplest anecdotes of just observing people at any public place should be all the evidence we need to demonstrate genetic variability.
