I'm going to refute your line of thinking here. In 10 years of working out there

is NO way you saw no results. People are so fixated on exercise being for weight loss that they think that if they don't lose weight while they are working out they are therefore not getting results. If you exercised consistently for 10 years, you got lots of benefits from it! Improved cardiac function, blood pressure reduction or least maintenance, improved sleep, improved lung function, improved bowl function, improved mood, strength gain or maintenance, maintenance or improvement in balance, avoidance of the development of type two diabetes or if you already have it better blood sugar control, improved body composition (even if weight loss doesn't occur), improved bone mineral density, improved joint function...the list goes on and on. Exercise results are soooooo much more than weight loss!
