The issue with this argument is that you could be asymptomatic and still spread
It. Unlike the flu where we can see who is symptomatic, you could be asymptomatic with Covid and pass it to a loved one or someone else and they could die from it.

If all young, healthy people had your mentality it doesn’t seem like vaccines would be that effective for this virus. Most young, healthy people I know who have had it have had very light symptoms or have been asymptomatic. But they can still spread it which is why the vaccine is so necessary IMO.
