All your arguments seem to be taking away personal responsibility and accountability. I don't believe that there are
very many 18 year olds that can't do something to better their situation and earning potential. Military is a good option as is trade school or night school or just working hard to make themselves valuable as an employee.
You seem to expect Walmart to pay anyone and everyone a $15/hr min no matter what kind of employee they are. What responsibility does that employee have? Shouldn't they make themselves valuable to Walmart?
The girl in the obviously true story from China Fan, does she deserve $15/hr if she's sitting there on her phone? I don't think so.
