So if pay is no longer based on the actual worth of the work, who determines
what exactly equals fair compensation? $15 minimum wage? Why stop there? Why not $20? I mean, like you said it’s not necessarily their fault they weren’t able to train for a higher paying job. So, it’s not really fair that, say an engineer, gets paid more just because of training if both of them did a full day of work. Right?
