That assumes that a persons ability to do a job is purely a choice. Jobs have requirements based on aptitude, education, ability and location. Assuming everyone that does more accessable jobs is there purely by choice and not due to unique circumstances is obtuse. It is not a moral failing to do entry level jobs, if these jobs are ment to help people enter the job market and advance then that job needs to pay enough for them to survive and do those things. If the base level of pay for a company is not enough to survive unassisted in that market then that business is being subsidized by taxpayers and we would be better off just paying those people to get training outright.
