for the labor and the employee accepts it. Why would a company pay more money to an employee for something if they have a stack of applications from other people that will work at the current rate? It doesn't make any sense. It's not a private company's duty to make sure that their employees aren't subsidized by taxpayers. If people can't make ends meet working one job, they can always work two jobs.
