I’m kind of the same. I have been saving to pay for college for my kids but there will be no “inheritance “ to speak of
I fully fund all my retirement accounts so I’m in good shape to retire but the rest is just to live life to it’s fullest while I’m young and healthy enough to do it and while my kids are still around
