Its astonishing how many of those spenders there are and how many are broke.
I have a good friend in Scottsdale, AZ that always comments on how at home its very common to see Lambos, Ferraris and McLarens in that community but he is blown away by how many $200-300k set ups you see rolling down the highway on a Friday afternoon in Utah. Whats even crazier is how many of those people have both the boat AND the 40 ft. fifth wheel AND the UTV with dirt bikes.
Of the 5 people I know personally with the list of toys only 1 can truly afford it. One is a physician whose wife has to run his front desk so they can save on employee costs because money is so tight. I couldn't believe it when he opened up about it. Hates being a Dr. but can't keep 2 pennies to rub together to get out. Just keeps hoping a million dollar business idea that requires no investment will fall into his lap. Its crazy how close to the edge people are willing to live.
