Of course the Jamaican sprinters are juicing, Jamaican Olympic results included

Prior to 2008 in Beijing the Jamaican's had won a total of 3 gold medals in the Men's and Women's 100M and 200M races. None actually came in the 100M. They won Gold twice on the Women's side in the 200M and once on the Men's side in 200M.
Jamaica won a total of 19 medals in those 2 races prior to 2008.

In the last three completed Summer Olympics including Beijing in 2008, Jamaica has won 11 Gold Medals in the Men's and Women's 100M and 200M sprints. Jamaica has also won a total of 21 Medals in those 2 sprints.

Here are the quick and easy numbers; In Jamaica's first 13 Olympics they competed in; Only 3 Gold Medals all in the 200M, and a total of 19 medals in the 100M and 200M Sprints for both Men and Women.

In the last three Olympics (Not Including Tokyo) 11 Gold Medals and 21 Total Medals in the 100M and 200M sprints for both men and Women.

The above total does not include the relay teams for both Men and Women which have also become World Powerhouses.
