And no, Usain not having the best work ethic is not proof. Also nothing in his ascent seems suspicious. He was setting age records in the 200m and didn’t even run the 100m until 2007. His coach wouldn’t let him run the 100m and finally let him after he broke the national record in the 200. He broke the world record in the 100m the next year in his 5th ever race in the 100m. So by struggling to compete in the 100m did you mean struggling with his coach to let him compete? He was elite from the moment he started running the 100.
