Even a catastrophic correction wouldn't drop below the recent moonshot
Even if house prices dropped 30% they'd still be up above Jan 1.
If they dropped 50% they'd be above 2018 values.
A correction will come, but it's not going to solve anything. It'll be a slight dip and then prices will catch back up.
