Your first statement is what exactly causes sharp corrections… “gaps” in demand and supply leading to record ramps in
Supply… in markets with little supply barriers always lead to sharper corrections… snapshot takes on real estate pricing and demand doesn’t hold its weight over time…it takes 18 months to build a house in a market like Utah… what may be the case today, can look very different in 2 years
