My belief is that a timing of a big correction will be when slowing demand will meet up with these huge influxes in
Supply, Which will Cause developers either to fire sale new homes or lose them to the bank mid construction… demand is not being driven by loose loans, more by Covid related shifts in demand, short term restraints in supply and record low financing….

Pricing volatility will differ by market, but I feel better about SLC near proximity markets, proximity to slopes and lakes… these other residential only markets with nothing but land.. could have a pretty big correction
