If it takes 5 years Utah is in trouble.

The cost to benefit ratio is already way out of whack. People will be flocking to other states that are already starting to see their markets correct down. If businesses think its hard to find employees in Utah right now, it will look like a Chinese ghost town if this takes 5 years.
