Into our neighborhood, they're all from other places in Davis county. I'm sure people moving from California plays a part, but the bigger issue in my opinion is people here have lots of kids that don't ever want to move away.

I look at my high school friend group where I grew up in Florida, and most all of us have moved away to other places except for a couple. I compare that to my wife's friends and family, all of them still live around here and are trying to buy houses here.
