My experience, usually those with the least knowledge have the most to say
I've watched games with other coaches and People with coaching experience that have suggestions and see why one approach isn't working but can objectively say "I know why they did this or that" or why this is our only option based on personnel or depth or whatever. I watch games with my dad (bless his heart) and he yells that everything is stupid and acts like we just choose to allow something to happen. Sometimes its the best we've got at that time, I agree that we need more creative game plans mid-season and we need better in game adjustments. We have a young team and most of our staff is still fairly young in their role. We have almost no seniors and quite a few sophomores and Freshman, we weren't supposed to be really good this year.
We need more depth, especially in the trenches and I think we will see that with NIL and the BIG12 affiliation.
