What you fail to recognize is that yelling at your TV, complaining on message boards is the step before they
quit donating. It is the step before they quit spending money on games. People don't just not show up one day. They show up and get upset because the coaches schemes are poor. The complain about it on a message board and when nothing changes they quit attending.
