I haven't noticed worse fuel mileage than a typical V8 gets towing. Towing
takes fuel. That's just a fact of life.

In 2007 I think the Tundra pushed the market, made the big 3 act to get better. It seems like this version gets Toyota

In my experience the Toyota engine/transmission/everything really is just much more durable and reliable...
